El huarache es un popular platillo callejero mexicano originario de la Ciudad de México. Su nombre proviene de la forma de una sandalia. La base consiste en una tortilla de maíz gruesa, rellena de bistec, pollo o cerdo, a elección. Se sirve cubierto con cebolla, tomate, lechuga, aguacate, queso blanco desmoronado y crema agria.
