Here at Ely Taqueria, we make a traditional, family-style Pozole, that is usually always available Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays.

Our Pozole has a green chile pepper base and we use both chicken and pork as the main ingredient. Also hominy, lime, onions, and oregano are to season the broth.

Aqui en Ely Taqueria elaboramos un pozole tradicional de estilo familiar, que suele estar siempre disponible los jueves, viernes y sabados.

Nuestro Pozole tiene una base de chile verde y utilizamos tanto pollo como cerdo como ingrediente principal. Tambien el maiz, la lima, la cebolla y el oregano sirven para condimentar el caldo.
